Alloy
castings are produced at ferrous foundries specializing
in supplying castings produced from heat resistant and
corrosion resistant high alloy stainless steels.
Applications
for heat resistant alloy castings include refractory
anchoring for monolithic linings, hangers for refractory
tiles and structural support members, heat treating
and industrial furnace parts, gas and oil burner parts,
cement and lime cooling grates, riders and rolls for
continuous casting and reheat furnaces, quenching grates
and baskets and high temperature fixtures.
Other
alloy castings available are produced in chromium/monybdenum
abrasion resistant white iron, NiHard, NiResist, carbon
and low alloy steels, tool steels as well as grey and
ductile iron. Nickel and Cobalt base alloy castings
for a wide variety of applications in high temperature
industrial furnaces are also produced.
